At Pervolia Rhodes, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the proper planning and availability of our accommodations.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 60 days (2 months) before the scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund of the total amount paid.
• For cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival, no refund will be provided.
• In case of no-show or early departure, the total reservation amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation Procedure

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or via WhatsApp at phone: +30 694 585 8472.
• The cancellation date is considered the date the email or the message is received.

Payment Policy

• All payments are processed securely via Revolut secure payment gateway.
• By completing a reservation, guests agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Any transaction or bank fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
